§ 96.03 TERM OF OFFICE.
   The term of office of the four persons to be appointed by the City Manager shall be four years. The fifth member of the Tree Committee shall be a member of the City Council appointed by the Chairman of Council. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, a successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term.
