§ 131.11 FORTUNETELLING PROHIBITED.

(A) No person shall represent themselves, by solicitation, advertisement or otherwise, as giving advice by telling fortunes, palmistry or other means commonly known as “fortunetelling” in the city.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
