§ 131.05 PARK TRESPASS AFTER HOURS.
   (A)   No person shall enter or remain on the land or premises of any public park in the city between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a park trespass violation, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
