§ 53.23 RESPONSIBILITY FOR COST OF EXTENSION.
   Persons seeking a water line installation or extension outside the city will be required to bear the entire cost of such construction. All construction plans, specifications and installation shall be subject to the approval of the city and be under its direct supervision.
