Line extensions and connections made off lines constructed by city employees (excluding replacement lines, and lines built for subdivisions which are paid for in advance) will be subject to charges based upon front foot or per lot assessments in addition to the tap and impact fee charges. These construction fees will be negotiated and established based on the actual cost of construction and will be approved by the Council Service Committee prior to implementation.
