Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. The maximum penalty shall be a fine of $100. For each additional violation of any of the above provision, the violator would be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor, for which the maximum penalty shall be 30 days in jail and/or a $250 fine. Each day on which sales are conducted in violation of this chapter shall be held to constitute a separate offense.
