§ 112.73 LICENSE APPLICATION.
   Before a game table license is issued, the applicant shall file with the City Manager an application, in writing and under oath, setting forth the names of all persons financially interested in the game table establishment. The application shall also contain the name of the location of such establishment and the number of tables which are or will be located therein. The application shall state whether the manager or any other person financially interested in such establishment has had a similar license revoked or refused, or has been convicted by a court of competent jurisdiction of a violation of any law of the state, or any ordinance of the city relating to the regulation of or the manner of conducting the business for which a license is requested, within the period of one year prior to the date of such application, or has been convicted by any court of a crime involving moral turpitude at any time.
