(A) The license of any person violating any provision of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations established by the City Manager as herein provided, shall be revoked by the City Manager. The City Manager is authorized and empowered to deny, for reasonable cause, applications for licenses.
(B) The City Manager shall notify such licensee of any hearing of the City Manager involving the denial or revocation of such license. Such notification shall be by registered mail directed to the last address of the licensee on file with the City Manager.
