§ 112.56 CITY MANAGER TO MAKE REGULATIONS.
   The City Manager is empowered to establish and enforce, or cause to be enforced, such rules and regulations governing the issuance of the licenses required under this chapter as he believes reasonable and necessary and not inconsistent with this chapter.
