§ 112.07 REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSEES.
   Any person who acquires such a license may exhibit, operate or use such licensed billiard table or bowling alley in the place of business and at the location in the city as set forth in the application, subject, however, to the following provisions:
   (A)   No billiard table shall be operated within 1,000 feet of any elementary, grade or high school building or grounds.
   (B)   No person who has the charge or supervision of game devices shall permit play thereon by any person under the age of 18 years, unless such person is accompanied by a parent or other person in loco parentis, who, being present, sanctions such play.
   (C)   No gambling or wagers upon the results of play upon the game devices is permitted.
   (D)   A printed code of regulations setting forth the special provisions contained herein, to be furnished by the City Manager, shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the billiard room or bowling alley.
