§ 112.03 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   Before a license required by § 112.02 is issued, the applicant therefor shall file with the City Manager an application in writing, under oath, setting forth the name of all persons financially interested in the billiard room or bowling alley, the location of such establishment and the number of tables or alleys which are or will be located therein. The application shall state whether the manager or any other person financially interested in such establishment has had a license to operate such a place of business revoked or refused, or has been convicted by a court of competent jurisdiction of a violation of any law of the state or any ordinance of the city relating to the regulation of or the manner of conducting the business for which the license is requested, within the period of one year prior to the date of such application, or has been convicted by any court of a crime involving moral turpitude at any time.
