§ 52.083 PERMIT REQIRED.
   Rule 36. Prior to the application for a service connection permit, the owner of the property shall first apply for a permit from the city. Such permit shall only be issued upon the owner's compliance with this subchapter. Such permit shall be presented to the Fayette County Engineer prior to issuing a building service connection permit.
