§ 52.069 RECOVERY OF COSTS.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, or who discharges or causes damage to or impairs the POTW system shall be liable to the authority for any expense, fine, loss, or damage causes by such violation or discharge. The authority shall bill the industrial user for the costs incurred by the authority for any cleaning, repair, or replacement work caused by the violation or discharge.
   (B)   Refusal to pay the assessed costs shall constitute a violation of this chapter enforceable under the provisions of §§ 52.060 through 52.070 of this chapter.
