§ 99.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any sections of this chapter, except for §§ 99.09 and 99.13, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever violates §§ 99.09 and/or 99.13 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
