§ 98.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any of the provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $200 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days. Each day such a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
