(A) New street names shall not be allowed if they duplicate existing, approved county or municipal street names, including street names within zip code areas that cross township boundaries into neighboring township. This includes duplications of words, phonetics, homonyms, or homophones.
(B) An address shall be assigned for all principal dwellings and buildings within the incorporated area of the city. All eligible streets will be assigned addresses accordingly.
