§ 98.01 ENACTMENT; TITLE.

(A) This chapter is enacted to promote the public health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity, and general welfare of the present and future inhabitants of the city.

(B) This chapter may be cited as the street naming and addressing properties ordinance for the City of Washington, Fayette County, Ohio.
