For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Individuals, associations of individuals, partnerships or corporations who or which conduct sales or remuneration. PERSON shall include spouse, children, residents of a household or other residents of a residential premises.
YARD SALE. A sale of personal property to the general public conducted on any portion of a residence property within a residential zoning district to include, but not be limited to, garage sales, patio sales, yard sales, carport sales, basement sales, porch sales, driveway sales, rummage sales and sales of the same nature as the foregoing by whatever name.
