§ 96.25 MOWING LOTS REQUIRED.

Any owner of any lot or land situated in the city shall keep such lot or lands mowed along with the grass plots within the public right-of-way immediately adjacent to such lot or lands. Any such lot or lands with grass, weeds or other vegetation growth exceeding 12 inches in height shall be deemed a nuisance.
