§ 52.027 MUNICIPAL/INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT PROGRAM CHARGES.
   The MIPP charge for significant and minor significant industrial users shall be based on the services rendered to an industrial user on a monthly basis plus an MIPP administrative charge to manage the program. The MIPP charge for industrial users of the POTW system are shown in the Appendix.
