§ 52.025 PURPOSE OF CHARGES.

For the purpose of providing for the operation, maintenance and management of the POTW system, for replacement and/or upgrading of the POTW system, for payment of debt service incurred for the construction thereof, and for the cost of administration of the pretreatment program, there is hereby levied the following charges upon the users of the POTW system.
