The rates and fees adopted by the Solid Waste Management Policy Committee to be levied under R.C. § 3734.57(B)(1) through (3) upon the disposal of solid wastes at a solid waste disposal facility located in the Ross-Pickaway-Highland-Fayette Joint Solid Waste Management District are as follows:
(A) For the disposal of each cubic yard of solid wastes generated within the District, the disposal of which is made at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District - $.60;
(B) For the disposal of each cubic yard of solid wastes generated outside the boundaries of the District but inside the state, the disposal of which is made at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District - $1.20; and
(C) For the disposal of each cubic yard of solid wastes generated outside the boundaries of the state, the disposal of which is made at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District - $1.80.
