§ 50.01 CITY TO PAY LIGHTING COSTS FOR SHARP MEMORIAL PUBLIC FOUNTAIN.
   The city shall, at its expense, light the Sharp Memorial Public Fountain. The lighting fixtures, to be supplied by the donor of the Fountain, shall consist of not more than five stands, each stand to contain not more than four lights of 16 candlepower, incandescent electric lights, making 20 incandescent electric lights in all. The city will on its part light the lights, at all times during the night season as by the schedule of hours of the Light Company, so long as the Memorial Fountain may exist.
