§ 156.178 APPROVAL OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Upon receipt of the application, the Building and Zoning Inspector shall issue a permit for a satellite dish, if the application shows that all the requirements of this chapter have been met.
   (B)   If the application is denied, the applicant may follow procedures for appeal and/or variance as specified in § 156.228 of this chapter.
