For the purpose of this chapter, large or messy trees and those which restrict visibility may not be planted on terraces and, including by example the following types of trees, shall be deemed to be in the Class D category.

Trees in the Class D category may be planted on private property but shall not be planted upon or within a street right-of-way or easement area.
