151.11 CLASS D TREES.
   For the purpose of this chapter, large or messy trees and those which restrict visibility may not be planted on terraces and, including by example the following types of trees, shall be deemed to be in the Class D category.
   American Elm
Osage Orange (Hedge Apple)
   Siberian Elm
Pin Oak
   Chinese Elm
Russian Olive
   Catalpa
Black Locust
   European Mountain Ash
Silver Maple
   Fruit or nut-bearing trees
Lombardy Poplar
   Honeylocust (thorny)
White Poplar
   Weeping European Birch
Willows
   All evergreens (firs, spruces, conifers)
 
 
Trees in the Class D category may be planted on private property but shall not be planted upon or within a street right-of-way or easement area.
