1. Project No. P-306. On the Primary Road System extension improvement, Project No. P-306, Primary Road No. Iowa 92, within the City, described as follows:
Beginning at the west line of Twelfth Avenue, thence east to the east corporation line
regulating access to and from abutting properties along said highway all in accordance with the plans for such improvement identified as Project No. P-306, on file in the office of the Clerk.
