1. It is unlawful to remove snow or ice from private property and deposit the same upon any public street, alley or sidewalk. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the depositing of the same upon the parking area abutting the private property from which the snow and ice accumulations have been removed.
2. It is unlawful to remove snow or ice from private, commercial, or public property and deposit the same upon any abutting private, commercial, or public property.
3. It is unlawful to remove snow or ice from public right-of-way in a manner that interferes with or unduly restricts vehicular and/or pedestrian traffic.
4. This section shall not apply to or limit the City’s snowplowing operations.
