50.14 ABATEMENT BY ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS.

The administrative hearing shall be held in accordance with the procedures of Section 50.18, except as herein otherwise provided. The determination and order shall be appealable to the County District Court by writ of certiorari. The order shall not be carried out until the time for filing the writ of certiorari has expired.
