§ 50.04  CONNECTION TO LINES.
   (A)   The Superintendent, or person authorized by him or her, will tap the mains, inserting a stop-cock, which shall be known as the corporation cock, and shall connect the service pipe and lay it to within six feet of the property line and there set a stop-cock, which shall be known as the service cock box. For such material and services there shall be a uniform charge as set by the Board, which said sum shall be paid to the Superintendent of Waterworks by the applicant for water.
   (B)   Payment for new water culverts and water installations is to be paid when application is made. (Ruling, published 8-7-1965)
   (C)   The expense of conducting the water from the service cock to the premises or building shall be paid by the consumer.
