§ 33.02 PLAN OF OPERATION AND GOVERNANCE FOR MUNICIPAL OPT-OUT ELECTRICITY AGGREGATION.

   (A)   The village hereby adopts the Plan of Operation and Governance For the Municipal Opt-Out Electricity Aggregation Program attached to Res. R-12-02 (as amended by Res. R-13-01).

   (B)   The village’s legal counsel, is directed to take as such action as may be deemed necessary to accomplish the village’s goals under the Program.
