(A) The village hereby adopts and pledges to establish and maintain a drug-free environment in its workplace and for all of its employees.
(B) The village shall establish a drug-free awareness program to inform employees about:
(1) The dangers of drug abuse in the workplace;
(2) The policy of the village to maintain a drug-free workplace;
(3) Any available drug counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance program; and
(4) The penalties that may be imposed upon an employee for drug violations.
(C) The drugfree workplace notice shall be incorporated into the village’s personnel manual.
