§ 30.61  RECORD KEEPING.
   He or she shall keep a full and accurate account of all moneys received and disbursed by him or her on behalf of the village, with date of receipt and disbursement, from whom received and to whom disbursed, and from what fund received and disbursed. He or she shall keep a separate account of each fund or appropriation and the debits and credits belonging thereto.
