No part of a yard, buffer strip or other open space, off-street parking space or loading berth, or lot area required about or in connection with any structure or use for the purpose of complying with the regulations and standards of this chapter shall be included as part of a yard, buffer strip, or other open space, off-street parking space or loading berth, or lot area similarly required for any other structure or use, except as provided for herein.
