§ 152.005  ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.
   For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare, the village and that portion of the contiguous unincorporated area within one and one-half miles of the village limits, which portion is not zoned by any county authority, is hereby divided into the following types of districts:
   (A)   A - Agricultural District;
   (B)   C - Commercial District;
   (C)   I - Industrial District; and
   (D)   R - Residential District.
