§ 151.048 MANUFACTURED HOMES OR TRAVEL TRAILERS.

   Manufactured homes or travel trailers to be permanently installed on site shall be:

   (A)   Elevated to or above the flood protection elevation in accordance with § 151.046, and

   (B)   Anchored to resist flotation, collapse, or lateral movement by being tied down in accordance with the rules and regulations for the Illinois Mobile Home Tie-Down Act, 210 ILCS 120/1 et seq., and 77 Ill. Adm. Code §§ 870.190 et seq.
