§ 30.40  MEETINGS.
   The Village Clerk shall attend all meetings of the Board of Trustees and keep a correct record of all the proceedings of the same in a suitable book kept for that purpose. He or she shall keep the corporate seal, provided under the direction of the Board of Trustees, and all books, papers, and documents belonging to the village, not belonging to some other officer.
