§ 150.25  WIDTH OF STREETS; CURBING.
   For the purpose of building curbing in and on the streets of the village, by the owner or owners of abutting property, the widths of streets between the curbings are hereby established as 32 feet, and the curbing shall be placed so that both sides shall be an equal distance from the center of the street. Any person or persons contemplating the building of curbing along any street or streets in the village shall first submit to the President and Board of Trustees a drawing of such curbing and the specifications therefor showing depth to be set in ground, together with the height of such curbing above ground. All curbing shall be of the width of six inches on top and a depth sufficient to make a substantial curbing.
