Any violation of this subchapter shall first result in a verbal or written warning issued by the Zoning Officer or Police Department. If the violation has not been corrected within four calendar days after the date of the verbal or written warning, the Zoning Officer or Chief of Police may, by written directive, order the owner, tenant, or other person in possession of the property upon which the swimming pool is located to drain the swimming pool until the violation is corrected.
