§ 132.07  APPEAL OF APPLICATION DENIAL.
   In the event that the Mayor shall deny any license application, the applicant shall have 14 days from date of such refusal to present a written appeal of the denial to the Village Clerk. The Village Board of Trustees shall review any such denied application and may approve or deny same.
