For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CIRCUS, SIDESHOW, or EXHIBITION. Include every building, tent, space, or area where feats of horsemanship, acrobatic sports, or animals are exhibited; every building, tent, space, or area where any feats or tricks of legerdemain are performed or where any other amusement or entertainment is made to attract persons or where any money or other valuable thing is charged for admission thereto, accompanying or traveling with any circus, and the like.
