All disclosures of information required by this subchapter shall be submitted at the time of application for the consideration sought. In each instance, the material shall, in turn, be submitted to the Village Board prior to the Board acting on the matter. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to keep the disclosure information current until such time as the Village Board has taken final action.
