§ 110.03  TERM; APPLICATION; FEE.
   (A)   No license shall be issued for a longer period than one year, nor shall any license, in any case, extend beyond the year in which it shall be granted; and each license shall date from the day of the issuing thereof. No person shall be deemed to be licensed until the license money has been fully paid, a receipt given therefor, and the license issued.
   (B)   Any person desiring a license shall make written application to the Village Clerk, stating the purpose for which the same is desired, for what length of time, where his or her business is to be conducted, and, if required by any ordinance, he or she shall file the required bond or bonds, which shall be approved by the President and the Village Clerk before a license shall be issued.
   (C)   When all the requirements of division (B) above have been complied with, the Village Clerk shall issue an order to the Village Treasurer requiring him or her to receive the license fee, which order shall state the name of the licensee, the purpose for which the license is issued, the time, the amount, and that the applicant has fully complied with all provisions of this code.
