§ 93.01  OFFENSIVE PREMISES.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises in the village to suffer any stable, pen, or place where any domestic animals or fowls are kept upon such premises to become nauseous, foul, offensive, or injurious to the public health, or to his or her neighbors.
