(A) Signs stating “VEHICLE NOISE LAWS ENFORCED” or “ENGINE BRAKE ORDINANCE ENFORCED” may be installed at locations deemed appropriate by the Board of Supervisors to advise motorists of the prohibitions contained in this subchapter upon the proper application and permission from the state’s Department of Transportation.
(B) The provisions of this subchapter shall be in force and effect even if no signs are installed upon the date of passage and first publication.
