§ 92.58  AREAS OF PROHIBITION.
   The prohibition set forth herein shall apply to the following public highways in the village or portions thereof:  Illinois State Highway 89, including those parts known as West Parkside Drive, South Jefferson Street, North Jefferson Street and East State Street.
