§ 92.56  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ENGINE RETARDING BRAKE, DYNAMIC BRAKE, JAKE BRAKE, C-BRAKE, or PACCAR BRAKE.  All refer to a transmission break or any other engine retarding brake system that alters the normal compression of the engine and subsequently releases that compression.
