§ 90.13  CERTIFICATE OF TITLE.
   A purchaser at a public sale as authorized by this chapter may apply for a certificate of title to the Secretary of State of the State of Illinois as provided in § 4-212 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/4-212, and the Chief of Police of the village shall certify to the Secretary of State that the purchaser has acquired a motor vehicle or other vehicle at a public sale as provided in the aforementioned statute.
