The posted speed limit for all vehicular traffic traveling upon the 700-900 block of North Francis Street is hereby declared to be, and shall henceforth be maintained as, not exceeding 25 mph, with speed control signs to be erected by the village on Oak Street such as to cause vehicular traffic traveling upon such section of North Francis Street not to exceed said speed limit.
