Any golf carts/ATVs/UTVs operated on the village streets must observe all posted speed limits. Any golf carts/ATVs/UTVs operated on the village streets shall obey all traffic laws of the state and the village and must be operated only on village streets (not sidewalks), except where prohibited. Operation of golf carts/ATVs/UTVs on the village streets by a person who is under the influence of alcohol may be prosecuted for driving while under the influence of alcohol as provided § 11-500 and 11-501 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/11-500 and 11-501.
