(A) The seal heretofore provided and used by the village, which is in circular form, with the words, “Corporation Seal”, transversely across the interior circle, and the words, “The Village of Washburn, Illinois”, in the outer circle, shall be, and the same is hereby declared and established to be, the seal of the village; and shall be used as such seal in all cases when by law or ordinance, it is necessary to use a seal.
(B) The said seal shall be and remain in the custody of the Village Clerk and his or her successor in office.
